Schedule

  • Part-time
  • Remote (must reside in: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI)
  • Minimum of two evening shifts per week and every other Saturday
  • Full-time availability required for training

What You’ll Do

  • Verify customer loan information via inbound/outbound calls (identity, SSN, address, employment, project completion, etc.)
  • Use critical thinking and active listening to recognize unusual scenarios and dig deeper when needed
  • Enter new/updated information accurately in operating systems
  • Document verification notes correctly per process and procedure
  • Answer customer questions related to interest, statements, and account details
  • Identify, report, and escalate verification or risk-related issues to management
  • Handle dealer calls related to verification disputes (loan terms, documents, project completion, inability to contact applicants prior to funding)
  • Review loan status and documentation to route customer needs to the right department
  • Maintain working knowledge of FFC verification policies and procedures
  • Complete other tasks as assigned

What You Need

  • 2 years of call center or customer service experience
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software
  • Strong typing skills and high attention to detail
  • Professional phone presence with strong verbal and written communication
  • Reliable attendance, comfort with deadlines, ability to concentrate and adapt to change
