Overview
The Vendor Management Coordinator will work as part of a team while recruiting various vendors to complete orders as well as counseling them with production issues as needed. They must espond to and satisfy issues in a timely, consistent manner and ensure accurate resolution. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to gain trust, achieve business objectives, and collaborate with supervisors. A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will…

· Monitor market capacity and availability to support company volume of work assignments

· Strategically recruit new vendors to support daily capacity and availability goals

· Conducts regular coaching and counseling to vendors to ensure they are meeting ServiceLink standards

· Recruit new vendors to assist in building out the panel depth within strategic locations

· Influence vendors to submit an application to provide services

· Negotiate contract terms with new vendors

· High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities
· Daily monitoring of market capacity and availability to support current and future volume

· Strategically recruiting new vendors to support daily capacity and availability goals

· Responsible for ensuring depth in panel completing work within quality and performance milestone expectations

· Maintain vendor decline percentages to to meet or exceed the established goal

· Monitoring COGS goals against production

· Obtain expired documentation to prevent vendors from going on hold

· Conducts regular coaching and counseling with vendors

· Maintain compliance with valuations regulatory authorities

· Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications
· The ability to maintain a positive and professional business relationship with vendors and internal staff

· Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent

· Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and technology

· Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule

· Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently to ensure accuracy and timeliness

· Computer skills including but not limited to Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft office programs, Outlook, Internet research capabilities and the ability to learn our internal system

· Proven problem solving skills

· Prior experience in the real estate, banking, or vendor management industry is a plus

· High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Shifts Available: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm [30-minute Lunch]

                           Monday to Friday  8:30 am to 5:00 pm [30-minute Lunch]
