What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to define and refine user requirements
- Create UX artifacts including user journey maps, personas, storyboards, and wireframes
- Design and prototype interfaces in Figma (including AI-enhanced tools like Figma Make)
- Conduct usability testing and translate feedback into actionable design updates
- Ensure designs meet W3C accessibility standards and align with brand guidelines
- Present design iterations and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders
- Support development of AEM-powered portals and maintain design consistency across platforms
What You Need
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application design
- Proficiency in Figma (including FigJam, Figma Slides, Figma Make)
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred
- Ability to integrate AI into design workflows for faster iteration cycles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in fintech, banking, or insurance design is a plus
