The company powers ISO and ISV sales organizations with white-labeled payment solutions including merchant acquiring, ACH processing, fraud tools, analytics, and a proprietary gateway. What You’ll Do
- Underwrite merchant applications and validate KYC/KYB data
- Analyze merchant history, documentation, and financials to determine risk level
- Provide recommendations for approval or decline decisions
- Communicate with external agents on application status and requirements
- Respond to tickets and requests from customers, partners, and internal teams
- Collect and organize data for reporting and audits
- Prioritize competing tasks and maintain high-quality output
- Support compliance standards and department processes
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of payment industry experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Deep knowledge of complex business verticals (Collections, Lending, Nutra, etc.)
- Ability to interpret business financials
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
