What You’ll Do
- Audit underwriting files to ensure accuracy, guideline adherence, and compliance
- Review agency submissions to confirm partner practices align with company policies
- Report findings, recommend corrective actions, and support training initiatives
- Partner with internal audit, underwriting leaders, and legal teams to enforce standards
- Prepare audit documentation, summaries, and process improvement strategies
- Monitor agency contracts and underwriting procedures for regulatory alignment
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in underwriting audits, agency audits, or QA in insurance
- Strong knowledge of P&C products and compliance auditing standards
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple reviews and stay organized in a remote environment
