Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Hourly pay: $20 – $25 plus performance bonuses
Responsibilities
- Assess service requests and remotely diagnose appliance issues
- Identify required parts to streamline technician visits
- Provide virtual troubleshooting support to customers, guiding them through minor repairs when possible
- Document cases, troubleshooting steps, and solutions
- Assist technicians with pre-visit planning
- Collaborate with the parts and customer service teams to optimize repair efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of appliance repair experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with technology and remote diagnostic tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- EPA certification a plus
- Must pass company-paid background and drug screening every 2 years
