Bookings will be domestic and international, with each booking being a high dollar purchase.
*For this contract, contractors must live in and work from the United States to represent this client. Contractors must have a direct dial phone (cell or landline) and a wired headset that connects to cell or landline phone to work on this program. Contractors MUST have professional travel experience.

About our application process
As part of our application process, you will be prompted to complete an online assessment. This assessment takes about 30 minutes to complete. If you are among the qualified candidates, you will receive an invitation to our online portal to complete a background check and a technology scan. Overview
Working Solutions’ contractors will be client brand ambassadors and provide personalized, passionate and caring service. Contractors will provide expert, detailed information about the various journeys the client offers, answer questions about existing travel plans, and make changes, additions and cancellations to existing travel plans. This is a remote independent contractor role.
Schedule:
Flexible schedule opportunities
Contractors schedule their hours between 9 am and 5 pm CT Monday through Friday.
Compensation:
Earn up to $16.20 per productive hour (paid by the minute worked)

REQUIRED – High-end travel booking experience, both domestic and international
Understanding of travel processes and procedures
Top-notch customer service skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong PC literacy in a Windows environment
Determination to achieve customer satisfaction from high-demand callers
Important Information
Technology & Equipment Requirements:
Direct dial phone (cell or landline) is required for this program, and contractors must disable voicemail, call waiting, and call forwarding while working
Wired headset that connects to cell or landline phone required
Personal computer (no tablet)
Dual monitors, one with at least 1920×1080 resolution (Full HD)
Broadband internet connection, with at least 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload speeds
Wired internet connection (no wi-fi)
No VPN – computer may not connect to internet services through private VPN during Working Solutions working time. Examples: NordVPN, McAfee VPN, etc.
Windows 10 or 11 operating system must be used
Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
Wired USB headset with microphone (for training)
Please note, Mac support is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.
Contractors must have a smart phone, Android tablet or iPad and be willing to install an authentication app related to program work.
