Schedule
- Full-time, remote with occasional on-site facilitation
- $55,000 annually, paid weekly
- Monday–Friday, daytime hours
What You’ll Do
- Deliver training for new hires across customer service, retention, settlement, and processing teams
- Facilitate orientation sessions for remote and in-office employees
- Develop training schedules and track progress for all departments
- Update training materials, resources, and delivery methods
- Administer proficiency tests and assess training outcomes
- Conduct refresher and cross-training modules as needed
- Provide progress feedback to management and recommend improvements
- Partner with leadership to identify business training needs and adjust content accordingly
What You Need
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a training or educational role
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Training experience in a corporate or call center environment preferred
