Job Purpose:

LYP Training Coordinator ensures employees have the tools needed to advance through excellent content, classroom structure, and management. Whether in starting a new role or adding a new client assignment, the goal is for Patient Care Associates to have an experience that builds confidence and knowledge. The LYP Trainer exemplifies core values and professionalism at the highest level; this level of example is incredibly important as this role is often a first impression of the company and a support tool during employment.

Responsibilities:

Developing call centers’ education materials, such as digital presentations, how-to manuals, and instructional videos.
Assess training needs for all clients each month by consulting with department team leads, supervisors, mangers, and Human Resources
Design and develop new call center training programs based on client and employee needs
Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials based on client and employee needs
Conduct training using new and used materials and test effectiveness
Training experienced employees on new or updated call center procedures to improve their performance.
Conduct and report out results of trainee surveys
Review and report out employee performance and learning evaluations
Analyze training evaluation feedback and update training materials accordingly
Compile, track and report out on collected training data
Observing the daily operations of call center employees and identifying any areas of improvement.
Create training plans and schedules for both new and existing employees
Maintain a content database of all training materials
Share upcoming training schedule and needs with the senior leadership team
Technical Proficiencies:

Amazon Web Service software/soft phones
SharePoint
Patient Sync
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Microsoft Teams/Zoom
Education and Experience:

High School Diploma/GED
1+ year(s) experience in call center environment
