What You’ll Do
- Answer call queue questions, provide claim updates, and route callers to the right team
- Create and send total loss packets with state-specific required documents
- Contact lienholders to secure payoff details, letters of guarantee, and copies of title
- Contact owners/insureds to explain packets being sent and complete customer-specific tasks
- Follow up with owners/insureds for missing or corrected documents
- Follow up with lienholders for required documentation
- Send revised packets to owners/insureds as needed
- Meet internal cycle times and other auditable criteria
- Review incoming mail to ensure documents meet state compliance guidelines
- After final file review, launch “Okay to Pay” to the insurance company
- Monitor and manage a shared inbox to complete tasks per policy, timelines, and contractual requirements
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
What You Need
- High school diploma
- 1+ year of office customer service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft products and basic office equipment
- Ability to identify and analyze vehicle title documents per company and state guidelines
- Ability to work with state DMVs and lienholders
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Basic 10-key proficiency
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong customer service mindset
- Basic math skills
- Ability to delegate and prioritize workflow
- Able to work independently or on a team
- Read and write English fluently
- Valid driver’s license
