Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Requires up to 20% travel to client worksites
- Collaboration with internal payroll teams and client HR departments
What You’ll Do
- Install, configure, and support time clock devices and integrate with time & attendance platforms
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for PrismHR, TimeCo, SwipeClock, and other platforms
- Troubleshoot device, networking, and software issues (sync failures, malfunctions, etc.)
- Collaborate with clients to ensure compatibility and performance of timekeeping systems
- Train clients and managers on system functionality, compliance, and troubleshooting
- Optimize timekeeping processes and recommend improvements
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with labor laws
What You Need
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of timekeeping software and technical troubleshooting experience
- Proficiency with HRIS and timekeeping integrations (e.g., TimeCo, TCP)
- Hands-on experience implementing or transitioning time tracking systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skills
- Knowledge of federal/state labor laws and payroll compliance
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to travel 20% of the time
