Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role with up to 20% travel to client worksites
  • Flexible schedule within business hours
  • Requires ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and support various time clock devices, including on-site client visits
  • Integrate time clocks with time & attendance platforms and PrismHR HRIS via APIs, file transfers, or middleware
  • Troubleshoot device, software, and integration issues (networking, sync failures, malfunctions)
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure system compatibility and optimal performance
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing Tier 2 technical support and training on timekeeping systems and compliance
  • Optimize timekeeping software (TimeCo, TCP, SwipeClock) and recommend process improvements
  • Maintain accurate timekeeping records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with labor laws

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience with timekeeping software and technical troubleshooting
  • Proficiency with HRIS integration and hardware/software configuration
  • Experience implementing or transitioning time tracking systems
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with Office Suite
  • Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and payroll compliance
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions
