Schedule
- Full-time, commissioned sales role
- 75% travel required, including weekends and trade shows
- Combination of automobile and air travel
What You’ll Do
- Execute sales strategies to meet corporate revenue and profitability goals
- Visit Jobber/Dealer accounts regularly to provide product training, support, and program updates
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and assigned customer meetings
- Maintain accurate dealer contact information in CRM and log all jobber/WD calls
- Present promotional activities, policies, and programs to dealers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and jobber visit targets
- Keep a 30-day activity calendar updated and accessible to the team
- Complete expense reports in a timely manner
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
- At least 2 years of dealership, customer service, or client relationship management experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and expense platforms (Concur or similar)
- Strong presentation, communication, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to read and interpret business financial documents
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
