Telephone Interviewers

Braun Research Inc. is currently hiring At Home Telephone Interviewers ! We are a Marketing Opinion Research firm that conducts telephone, and internet research for various survey research firms, government and advertising agencies, foundations, universities and academic entities as well as religious organizations. You will be reading a scripted survey and entering the answers into a home computer or laptop.

We are open to hiring in the following states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.

General Requirements
Must have above average reading skills; 100% accuracy!
Must have basic computer skills, the ability to navigate the internet and knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
Must be fluent in English.
We offer Bilingual Positions! You must be able to read and speak your secondary language(s) to be considered.
Internet Speed Requirements
A minimum download speed of 10 mbps
A minimum upload speed of 5 mbps
We heavily suggest all interviewers hardwire to prevent connectivity issues during dialing.
Equipment Requirements
Windows 10 Operating system, with a minimum of 6 gigs of ram.
Mac 10.15 Operating system or higher, with a minimum of 8 gigs of ram.
Chromebooks/Chromium OS is not compatible.
This is an ON-CALL position. We offer Flexible On-Call Work Plans to suit all types of schedules! Salary is hourly and based on languages spoken.

We require a minimum of 20 hours of availability per week (20 – 30 hrs/week)
Must be able to commit to a minimum of 6 hours either Saturday or Sunday every week.
Hours of operation:

Monday to Friday 5pm to 10pm EST/ 4pm to 9pm CST
Occasional late evening hours available as Open Shifts (until 11pm CST/12am EST)
Weekends:

Saturday 11am to 7pm EST/ 10am to 6pm CST
Sunday 1pm to 9pm EST / 12pm to 8pm CST
