What You’ll Do
- Investigate and resolve telecom carrier billing issues for clients
- Secure credits and refunds while documenting disputes for full traceability
- Track, monitor, and close billing disputes in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, corporate policies, and contract guidelines
- Serve as primary point of contact for escalations with telecom carriers
What You Need
- 10+ years’ experience in telecom expense management and billing resolution
- Hands-on experience auditing invoices (voice, data, wireless)
- Strong knowledge of telecom billing systems, carrier portals, and contract terms
- Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills for large datasets
- Experience with telecom expense management (TEM) platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
