Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Work closely with the TeleAdvice Support Team under the supervision of the Team Lead
- Must reside in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, TN, KS, MO, VA, IN, or TX
Responsibilities
- Manage prescription refill requests and handle forward booking where applicable
- Act as a liaison between pet parents, referral partners, and Petfolk team members
- Provide compassionate support via phone, video, SMS, or chat
- Review records, update charts, wellness reminders, and build estimates
- Educate pet parents on illness and wellness care in line with best practices
- Document all interactions to high medical standards
- Support service goals through timely completion of processes and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and client experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant (ER and GP experience preferred)
- Licensed or registered veterinary technician preferred but not required
- Experience with triage and/or remote veterinary work preferred
- Strong focus on preventative care and gold standard medicine
- Compassionate, team-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
