Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, TN, KS, MO, VA, IN, or TX
What You’ll Do
- Manage prescription refill requests and forward booking as needed
- Provide caring support to pet parents via phone, video, text, or chat
- Obtain histories and share recommendations following Petfolk protocols
- Review medical records, update charts, build estimates, and wellness reminders
- Act as a liaison between pet parents, referral partners, and Petfolk teams
- Document all interactions to a high medical standard
- Contribute to business objectives by completing processes accurately and on time
What You Need
- 5+ years as a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant (ER/GP experience preferred)
- Licensed or registered Veterinary Technician preferred but not required
- Experience with triage or remote veterinary work a plus
- Strong commitment to preventative care and gold-standard medicine
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Compassionate, team-oriented, with excellent communication skills
