As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll partner with business leaders to help build on Unqork’s already stellar GTM team. You’ll be trusted to build sourcing strategies, promote a first-class candidate experience, and champion standardization in our assessment process. You will be a driver of growth at Unqork as we continue to revolutionize the way software is built.
Responsibilities:
- You will report into the Manager, Talent Acquisition (Platform, Marketing, Legal)
- You will manage full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- You will source and attract passive talent through a variety of methods to build pipelines
- Gain an understanding of Unqork’s culture, product, strategic direction, and competitors, using this knowledge to help create job descriptions, build recruitment strategies, and create messaging to potential candidates
- Build upon current processes, employer branding, onboarding, and organizational planning that will allow the company to grow
- Create candidate pipelines for positions within multiple departments (Engineering, Platform, Platform Ops, Marketing, Legal, Analytics, etc.)
- Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand and ensure understanding on the specifications of each role needed while performing solid sourcing and recruiting plans for our go-to-market organization
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for technical positions at a SaaS company
- Experience navigating complex compensation conversations
- Experience working with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
- You are passionate about diversity, inclusion, and finding unique individuals that share our values to add to Unqork’s culture
- Understanding of TA metrics, data analytics, and the importance of data integrity
- Creative methods of ensuring no candidate gets left behind or falls through the cracks
- Familiarity working in a fast-paced, evolving environment of a tech startup or a recruiting agency
