What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical assistance for computer hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary
  • Document all support interactions and contribute to the internal knowledgebase
  • Manage case backlog effectively, ensuring timely resolutions and follow-ups
  • Train and guide users on software and hardware functionality
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust and loyalty

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of technical support and customer-facing experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux and Windows environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other support tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases at once
  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies
