Schedule
- Temporary, full-time role (October 2025 – April 2026)
- Remote, US-based applicants only
- No travel required
- Pay: $20/hour (non-exempt)

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide clients through solutions
- Assist customers with ACA reporting software and compliance support
- Document and maintain detailed records of client interactions
- Provide proactive training and education to empower clients
- Collaborate across teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
- Share feedback with product teams to enhance customer experience
What You Need
- Proven experience in technical or customer support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with SaaS and cloud-based platforms (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience using ticketing/CRM systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
