Schedule
- Temporary role, October 2025 – April 2026
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Remote, anywhere in the US
- No benefits provided (contract assignment)
Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through software features
- Document interactions and maintain accurate support case records
- Prioritize and resolve customer issues per service level agreements (SLAs)
- Provide training and knowledge to empower clients on product use
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure complete resolutions
- Share customer feedback with product teams for continuous improvement
- Stay current with product updates, features, and compliance needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Previous technical support experience in SaaS or software solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly
- Familiarity with SaaS/cloud-based applications
- Experience with ticketing/CRM systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple requests
- Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, or other data privacy regulations preferred
Compensation
- $20/hour USD
