Schedule

  • Temporary, full-time position
  • Remote / work-from-home (US only)
  • Standard business hours with potential need for flexible scheduling depending on client priorities

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve technical issues quickly and prioritize requests based on SLAs
  • Provide clear troubleshooting steps and guide clients through solutions
  • Document all client interactions and resolutions in ticketing/CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Educate and train clients on product features and best practices
  • Share customer feedback with product teams to improve solutions
  • Stay up to date on new features, product updates, and industry trends

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous technical support or customer support experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based software and ticketing/CRM systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-first mindset with ability to explain technical concepts simply
  • Knowledge of data privacy standards (GDPR, HIPAA) preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, remote environment
