Schedule
- Full-time, remote within the US
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays required
What You’ll Do
- Calibrate and monitor kiosks using proprietary tools
- Provide technical support for kiosk hardware and software
- Escalate and resolve issues following established procedures
- Analyze data from multiple sources to improve processes
- Contribute to internal knowledge base development
What You Need
- Knowledge of Linux command-line and scripting (Python or Bash)
- Quick learner with strong documentation and troubleshooting skills
- 1+ year of Linux experience preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends/holidays
