What You’ll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via phone with clarity and professionalism
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for iOS, macOS, PCs, tablets, and smartphones
- Use multiple systems to research and provide efficient, real-time solutions
- Adjust communication style to meet customer needs and deliver tailored support
- Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge and achieve performance goals
What You Need
- Previous experience in customer support, call center, or technical assistance
- Solid understanding of iOS, macOS, smartphones, PCs, or tablets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with a flexible, professional attitude under pressure
- Comfortable navigating multiple software tools and systems
- Self-motivated with good time management skills

- Quiet, distraction-free private workspace
- Reliable high-speed internet (20 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up minimum)
- Hardwired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted)
- Comfortable desk setup with necessary equipment
