Schedule

  • Full-time, remote call center role
  • Eligible states include AL, GA, FL, MS, MI, and others (21 total locations)
  • Must meet work-from-home requirements: quiet workspace, ergonomic setup, and hardwired internet connection (20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum)

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and deliver tailored solutions to technical issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with iOS, macOS, PCs, tablets, and smartphones
  • Use multiple systems and tools to research and provide real-time support
  • Adjust communication style to connect with diverse customers
  • Collaborate with team members to share expertise and improve outcomes

What You Need

  • Experience in customer service or technical support (call center experience a plus)
  • Solid understanding of iOS, macOS, and general device troubleshooting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing needs
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
  • Confidence using multiple systems and software simultaneously
