The Role
As an ePRO Library and Licensing Team Lead, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and serve as a primary point of contact with our customers for survey licensing and translation.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for study-specific licensing and translation, working closely with implementation teams and customers
- Oversee licensing activities for our ePRO survey library, ensuring compliance and availability
- Standardize survey tracking and reporting, focusing on cost-efficiency, operational effectiveness, data integrity, and user experience
- Work hand-in-hand with our Library Manager and Configuration Specialist to integrate new copyrighted surveys into our Library
- Act as the primary escalation point for resolving issues, both internally and with customers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in eCOA implementation, licensing, and translation
- Proven skills in partnering with copyright holders for clinical surveys
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with instrument authors and copyright holders
- Proficient in vendor management, including governance protocols (SOPs/Work Instructions) and performance assessments

- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with product, services, legal, and finance teams
- Strong skills in customer success, support, and communication
- Ability to manage library tracking systems, focusing on key metrics
