What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the daily activities and workflow of the cash posting team
  • Monitor staffing levels, assign work, and analyze productivity metrics
  • Address and resolve client concerns and escalations
  • Develop, coach, and mentor team members
  • Support production as needed to close gaps
  • Maintain performance and quality metrics
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Need

  • Strong understanding of cash posting principles and processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel – filtering/sorting reports)
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and lead a team effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience addressing client concerns with professionalism

Compensation

  • $17.80 – $28.52 per hour (varies based on skills, experience, and location)
