What You’ll Do
- Oversee the daily activities and workflow of the cash posting team
- Monitor staffing levels, assign work, and analyze productivity metrics
- Address and resolve client concerns and escalations
- Develop, coach, and mentor team members
- Support production as needed to close gaps
- Maintain performance and quality metrics
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Need
- Strong understanding of cash posting principles and processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel – filtering/sorting reports)
- Excellent customer service skills and professional communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to coach, mentor, and lead a team effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience addressing client concerns with professionalism
Compensation
- $17.80 – $28.52 per hour (varies based on skills, experience, and location)
