We are seeking Seasonal Customer Support Representatives for the 2023/2024 tax season for a work-from-home position to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients during our peak season. We have teams who will start as early as November, in addition to start dates in December and January. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This is a temporary position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.
– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing their needs and concerns
– Provide accurate and relevant information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability
– Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to the appropriate departments when necessary
– Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the customer support system
– Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer requirements are met
– Strive to achieve individual and team performance goals, including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics
– Continuously develop knowledge of company products and services to provide effective support
– Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and data protection regulations
– Work remotely from home, ensuring a quiet and professional work environment
– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
– Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
– Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
– Proficient in using customer support software and systems
– Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism
– Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace in your home -Internet speed minimums of 10 MPS upload and 25 MPS download
