Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve and maintain an excellent reputation with our Greenshades Online Tax Services client base, work to ensure satisfaction of our Tax Services clients.
- Initiate the Tax Service implementation product with new clients, including sending introductory e-mails, gathering initial documentation, and scheduling training times with the client’s dedicated representative
- Ensure the timely submission of all manual filings and payments.
- Assist Tax Service Representatives with some day to day tasks as they are requested
- Perform any other work as requested by your supervisor.
