Position Summary/Objective
The Tax Data Specialist is responsible for notification of tax profile data for OSV customers. The role requires management of notification cases, rate updates and report analysis.
Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding tax service support by researching and providing supporting detail to OSV customers
- Meet strict deadlines for monthly, quarterly, ad hoc reports, and data inquiries to support business needs
- Provide professional and timely responses to internal and external customers
- Meet quality and production metrics outlined for the position
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure delivery of high-quality services and products
- Work closely with the tax services department and other internal teams to deliver excellent customer service related to the entire payroll tax process
- Analysis of tax/payroll data on the employer and employee level
- Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications and Experience
- Tax and/or payroll experience
- Payroll outsourcing experience preferred
- Associates degree or higher (or experience equivalent)
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge and background of multistate tax jurisdiction.
- Experience in an outsourcing environment, payroll or tax preferred
