CodePath, a national non-profit transforming computer science education, seeks a Talent Engagement Sourcer to join its growing team. This remote role offers the chance to make a significant impact by helping CodePath scale to serve 100,000 computing students annually by 2030 and train engineers who will generate over $1.5 trillion in wealth for low-income communities within 20 years.
As the fifth member of the Talent Engagement team, you’ll play a key role in sourcing top talent for critical roles across Marketing, Philanthropy, Programs, Curriculum, Software Engineering, Data Science, and more. You’ll work autonomously in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, acting as a brand ambassador and building diverse pipelines of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies.
- Craft engaging outreach messages to attract passive talent.
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem to identify and engage top candidates.
- Screen candidates and present metrics to leadership.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sourcing experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.
- Strong relationship-building skills and alignment with CodePath’s mission.
- Preferred: Technical recruiting experience in software or specialized roles.
