Schedule

  • Full-time, remote position (U.S.-based only)
  • $19/hour + comprehensive benefits from day one
  • Must be available to work one weekend day; some holidays required
  • Day, evening, and overnight schedules available
  • Training: First 60 days Monday–Friday (EST) daytime schedule before moving to assigned shift
  • Start date: September 8, 2025

Responsibilities

  • Field incoming client communications via phone, chat, and online portal
  • Assist physicians, nurses, and administrators with account management, on-call schedules, mobile/web applications, and troubleshooting
  • Train end users on best practices for using PerfectServe solutions
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to message delivery, connectivity, and content
  • Build and revise user accounts per established standards
  • Configure and deploy custom applications to meet workflow needs
  • Collaborate with customer success, integration, and technical teams on escalations
  • Document all activity accurately for audit and tracking purposes

Requirements

  • Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • High customer empathy and commitment to service excellence
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Access to high-speed internet
  • Comfortable with on-camera participation for meetings
  • Ability to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and some holidays
