Schedule
- Full-time, remote (United States)
- Standard business hours with occasional follow-ups as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide application and technical support for PatientNow’s EMR/PM/CRM software
- Assist clients with maximizing efficiency, profitability, and satisfaction
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues (e.g., scanners, cameras, credit card equipment)
- Accurately log and track cases in the CRM ticketing system
- Identify and escalate high-priority issues per procedure
- Offer alternative solutions to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Conduct follow-up calls and scheduled callbacks as needed
- Stay up to date on PatientNow software updates and industry trends
Requirements
- Prior software support experience required
- Technical acumen with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues
- Experience with EMR and practice management software preferred
- Familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems and remote access tools (e.g., LogMeIn Remote)
- Clear written and verbal communication with proper phone etiquette
- Strong listening skills, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking capability
- Customer service principles and practices knowledge
