Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role (U.S. only)
  • Standard business hours with occasional callbacks as needed

What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical and application support for PatientNow’s EMR/PM/CRM software
  • Guide customers step-by-step through issue resolution in a professional, user-friendly way
  • Diagnose and resolve software/hardware issues (including scanners, cameras, credit card equipment, etc.)
  • Accurately log and process cases in the CRM ticketing system
  • Escalate high-priority issues when needed
  • Offer alternative solutions to improve client satisfaction
  • Follow up with scheduled callbacks and ensure resolution
  • Stay current on PatientNow software updates and industry best practices

What You Need

  • Prior software support or training experience (EMR/Practice Management software preferred)
  • Technical acumen with strong problem-solving ability
  • Experience with CRM/ticketing systems and remote access tools (e.g., LogMeIn)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service and listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage cases efficiently
  • Professional phone etiquette and attention to detail
