Overview
As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization this role is responsible for a variety of internal operational support functions as well as customer support for fundraisers and donors with the ability to multitask, effectively communicate via phone, adjust to fluctuating call volumes and provide exceptional internal and external customer service. Relentlessly pursuing cancer cures.
While employees may be permitted to work remotely, travel to the assigned office, HUB or Satellite Offices may be required as determined by the employee’s manager and the employee’s Strategic Talent Partner.

Key Relationships:
- •Reports to: Manager, Technology & Workplace Giving Support•Partner with Direct 2 Constituent, Director of Workplace Giving
- •Partner with prescribed field staff and leadership

Responsibilities
Workplace Giving
- Responsible for resolving tickets, customer concerns/needs, and inputting all Matching Gift/Workplace Giving w/in individual participant accounts for all LLS.
- Support training and onboarding of all LLS staff in understanding the various Workplace Giving tasks.
- Provide oversight on all WPG reporting, ensuring accurate information submitted to Finance, errors addressed with appropriate partners, and entries occurring correctly within internal CRMs for participants.
- Support overage/coverage for portal verification.
- Provide coverage for Campaign admin responsibilities during critical crunch periods (e.g. Of The Year).
- Create and manage centralized inbound processes for all Workplace Giving functions.
- Responsible for answering and solving matching gift tickets through Zoho (ticketing system).
Operations Support
- Execute internal operations support including, but not limited to: matching gifts, refunds, adjustments, receipts, unsubscribes, reimbursements.
- Ability to maintain strictest confidentiality and follow detailed workflows to maintain access to banking systems.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of assigned campaigns and functions
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years of related experience in a finance, operations, office admin, or customer service type role.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple software programs at one time
- Bilingual skills (Spanish) preferred but not required
- Must pass an FCRA accredited background check
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Some weekend & evening work required
- Travel as required for national and department meetings
