Position Description:
Nicks USA has an exciting opportunity open to join the Supply Chain team as a Supply Chain Specialist. This position will report into the Senior Supply Chain Manager and will be responsible to ensure inventory transactions occur accurately and timely in NetSuite, our ERP system. This person must be an innate leader and be able to work independently. It will be a priority to create strong, positive relationships with our vendors (suppliers, DCs, & Co-manufacturers), our customers and internal partners in Supply Planning, Procurement, Sales and Finance.
Roles and responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Create and maintain a monthly production schedule
- Maintain our bills of materials in our ERP system
- Complete production builds in NetSuite
- Manage Finished Good inventory by location
- Manage Customer Purchase orders from EDI to NetSuite
- Manually enter POs that are received by email into NetSuite
- Responsible to monitor all documentation is received timely for invoicing customer orders
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain is a must
- Internship at a CPG company is desired
- Ability to communicate and express ideas clearly and concisely, in both written and verbal formats.
- Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Be open, approachable and respectful of others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and be comfortable with various software and databases
- Demonstrated ability to work with data and to draw useful insights
