Schedule

  • Remote, U.S.-based position
  • Full-time role with supervisory responsibilities
  • Salary range: $67,000 – $89,000 + annual bonus eligibility

What You’ll Do

  • Coach and mentor team members to meet quality and performance standards
  • Manage elevated client calls and partner with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Review and approve time sheets, PTO requests, and daily schedules
  • Conduct interviews and support hiring for Data Support staff
  • Distribute tasks and oversee queue coverage for Level 1 and Level 2 specialists
  • Maintain knowledge of eMoney products and enhancements
  • Lead project work as assigned

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in technical support, customer service, or IT industry roles
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with web applications
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and make independent decisions
