Qualifications

Essential Functions

  • Manage a team of provider network operations staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement provider network policies and procedures, including contracting, credentialing, and provider data management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination of provider network operations with other areas of the organization.
  • Plan and oversee the budget for provider network operations, including expenses and capital expenditures.
  • Monitor and analyze provider network performance, including network adequacy and provider satisfaction, and develop and implement improvement plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to provider network operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with provider network vendors and service providers.

  • Master’s Degree Related Field of Study preferred or Bachelor’s Degree Related Field of Study required

  • Experience in healthcare provider network operations 5-7 years required and Experience in a Supervisory role. 2-3 years required

  • Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare provider networks and related operations, including contracting, credentialing, and provider data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
