The Supervisor, Network Operations is responsible for the installation and administration of assigned contracts, including, but not limited to: structure and billing set up, eligibility collection, database loading, and preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and provider education materials. Supervisor of Network Operations is responsible for overall provider contract and amendment loading and processing using various databases. Responsibilities may also include auditing contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Set team direction, resolve problems and provide guidance to members of own team
- May oversee work activities of other supervisors
- Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
- Influence or provide input to forecasting and planning activities
- Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact multiple groups of employees and/or customers (internal or external)

Years of post-high school education can be substituted/is equivalent to years of experience
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in claims processing, provider data maintenance, contracting or contract loading
- 3+ years of experience with contract submission, validation and maintenance
- 1+ years of supervisory/management experience
- Solid knowledge of business processes that impact professional and facility contract loading and auditing
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (vlook ups, pivot tables)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management experience
- Experience with claims systems
- VA CCN experience (community care network)
- Inventory management experience
- Network Contracting experience
