Schedule

Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop teams responsible for EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes
- Guide team in managing weekly file feeds, constant workflows, and escalations
- Provide mentorship and coaching to build high-performing staff
- Collaborate with field reps, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Improve workflow efficiency and monitor performance metrics
- Lead or participate in projects to enhance productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Identify innovative solutions based on industry trends
Requirements
- Prior supervisory experience in a service-based environment (insurance or financial services preferred)
- Background in insurance, eligibility, or benefits administration; EDI experience a plus
- Proven track record in mentoring, conflict resolution, and staff development
- Ability to manage complex workflows and provide clear performance reporting
- Comfortable with technology and systems administration; EDI or IT project experience a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Estimated salary range: $74,000 – $95,500 per year + annual bonus
