Schedule

What You’ll Do
- Supervise and coach a collections team, setting clear KPIs and driving performance across multiple business divisions
- Build and run collections strategies that reduce delinquency, improve DSO, and protect cash flow while keeping client relationships intact
- Monitor aging reports, analyze trends, and deliver clear performance reporting to leadership with recommendations for process improvements
- Manage escalations for high-risk accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and enforce credit terms appropriately
- Coordinate with external collection agencies, legal counsel, and vendors on recovery efforts and (when needed) litigation support
- Ensure collections work stays compliant with federal and state regulations, including FDCPA standards
What You Need
- 5+ years of progressive credit and collections experience (high-volume or multi-division environments preferred)
- Proven leadership experience supervising collectors and delivering measurable results through coaching and process improvement
- Strong financial and credit risk analysis skills, with confidence making judgment calls that protect the business
- Deep knowledge of compliance standards (FDCPA and applicable state regulations)
- Systems comfort: NetSuite, Salesforce, Maxio (Chargify), and strong hands-on AR/finance tool experience
- Advanced Excel skills and strong reporting chops
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for handling disputes, escalations, and sensitive customer conversations
