  • Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000 annually

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly charge entry team assignments
  • Hold team members accountable for productivity and quality standards
  • Resolve reconciliation, charge entry issues, delays, and front-end edits
  • Perform monthly audits to ensure all cases are entered by month-end close
  • Review accuracy of batches and correct concurrency or keying errors
  • Monitor claim submissions to ensure clearinghouse receipt and proper mailing
  • Lead regular team meetings and communicate practice updates
  • Train new and existing staff while providing ongoing feedback and evaluations
  • Approve timesheets, manage time off requests, and ensure work coverage
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve billing processes and cycle times
  • Mentor and counsel employees to foster growth and positive results

What You’ll Bring

  • High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in anesthesia or clinical pain setting preferred (related experience considered)
  • At least 2 years of prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of medical billing and insurance payer practices
  • Ability to examine documents for accuracy, resolve complex problems, and correct errors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask effectively
