Schedule
- Remote, US-based
- Core working hours: 12 pm–5 pm EST, Monday–Friday
- Pacific Standard Time hours preferred
- Occasional travel may be required
What You’ll Do
- Manage high-volume student referrals to ensure timely assignment, therapy initiation, or assessment completion
- Process and track student services, escalating issues when necessary
- Collaborate with Customer and Clinical Success teams to resolve referral concerns and support onboarding
- Input, verify, and manage caseload details in alignment with contracts
- Maintain organizational resources and district-specific handbooks
- Utilize data management strategies, monitor provider utilization, and review referral/billing reports
What You Need
- 1–2 years in an administrative or similar role (experience with high-value accounts preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Background in education or healthcare industry is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and task management abilities
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM), G-Suite, Mac, and Excel
- Associate’s degree preferred (equivalent experience considered)

This role offers a base salary of $19.25/hour (non-exempt) with growth opportunities in a mission-driven company.
