Schedule

  • Remote, US-based
  • Core working hours: 12 pm–5 pm EST, Monday–Friday
  • Pacific Standard Time hours preferred
  • Occasional travel may be required

What You’ll Do

  • Manage high-volume student referrals to ensure timely assignment, therapy initiation, or assessment completion
  • Process and track student services, escalating issues when necessary
  • Collaborate with Customer and Clinical Success teams to resolve referral concerns and support onboarding
  • Input, verify, and manage caseload details in alignment with contracts
  • Maintain organizational resources and district-specific handbooks
  • Utilize data management strategies, monitor provider utilization, and review referral/billing reports

What You Need

  • 1–2 years in an administrative or similar role (experience with high-value accounts preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Background in education or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and task management abilities
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM), G-Suite, Mac, and Excel
  • Associate’s degree preferred (equivalent experience considered)

This role offers a base salary of $19.25/hour (non-exempt) with growth opportunities in a mission-driven company.
