Schedule
- Fully remote
- May require occasional support before or after regular class hours
- On-camera participation during training, meetings, and team sessions
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily attendance, logins, and agent engagement
- Track certification progress and participation trends
- Observe and provide feedback during practice sessions and fishbowls
- Collaborate with Trainers and support teams to address training needs
- Troubleshoot technical or system issues during class
- Maintain a focused, structured, and motivating training environment
Requirements
- Strong understanding of UHC’s mission, culture, products, and procedures
- Proven proficiency in agent sales roles and system navigation
- Ability to support an adult learning environment
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Commitment to engaging and guiding new hires
