Schedule
- Full-time
- 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime required
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to prospective students via outbound calls to share program information
- Answer inbound inquiries and provide clear, accurate info about online degree offerings
- Deliver friendly, professional service while documenting interactions in CRM systems
- Support enrollment services and act as the first point of contact in the student journey
- Handle high call volumes while multitasking across systems and communication channels
- Collaborate cross-functionally and share student feedback with leadership for improvement
- Participate in special projects and continuously work toward personal and team KPIs
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years in inside sales, enrollment, or call center roles
- Service-first mindset with excellent phone, email, and text communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly, handle fast-paced environments, and receive direct feedback
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software platforms quickly
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable to team outcomes
