Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (must reside in AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI)
- Standard business hours with flexibility based on dealer and customer needs
What You’ll Do
- Process and review stipulation documents against company requirements
- Communicate with dealers via phone and email to resolve issues and answer questions
- Develop knowledge of stipulation policies to identify documents requiring escalation
- Assist with customer service and payment calls, credit application entry, and loan term verification
- Build and maintain dealer relationships to support business growth
- Work with management to expand underwriting skills and decision-making authority
- Contribute to cross-departmental tasks as needed
What You Need
- Associate degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field OR 1+ year experience in underwriting or lending
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with professional phone presence
- Ability to analyze contracts, financial reports, and documents
- Strong math and problem-solving skills, including basic algebra and geometry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
- Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with flexibility to adapt to change
