$65,000 Base + Monthly Performance Bonuses | $100,000+ OTE | Full-Time W-2 | Remote
This is not an entry-level SDR role.
We are hiring experienced outbound sales professionals who understand disciplined prospecting, structured execution, and professional conversations with senior stakeholders.
If you have built your career in inside sales, appointment setting, or enterprise outbound, and you take pride in consistency, maturity, and measurable results, this role offers strong earning power without startup chaos or corporate politics.
About the Role
You will execute structured outbound campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers across cybersecurity, networking, and cloud technology sectors.
Your responsibility is to:
- Initiate professional outbound conversations with Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders using prospect contact information provided by our data team
- Secure qualified meetings aligned to defined buyer criteria
- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot)
- Work independently within clear daily activity expectations
- Deliver consistent monthly performance results
- This role is best suited to professionals who enjoy disciplined outbound prospecting and quality conversations.
