Schedule

  • Fully remote within the United States
  • Full-time; availability for an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CT
  • Work under established procedures with autonomy and accountability

What You’ll Do

  • Support inbound callers on Health Spending Accounts, COBRA, Retiree, and Exchange topics
  • Guide enrollments, resolve issues, and document details with speed and accuracy
  • Ensure compliance and complete all transactions on time
  • Own cases from intake to resolution and step in to help teammates as needed
  • Operate with high energy, professionalism, and a solutions mindset

What You Need

  • 3+ years’ experience with HSA, COBRA, Retiree, or Exchange programs (required); 5+ years ideal
  • Strong customer focus, people skills, and phone etiquette
  • Tech-comfortable; able to diagnose and own basic technology issues
  • Team-first mindset with a drive for excellence and clear communication
