Schedule
- Full-time, U.S.-based remote (day shift)
- Travel as needed for on-site events, site visits, and team engagements
- Proximity to a major airport preferred
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end production of virtual events (Teams, Zoom): platform setup, run-of-show, speaker prep, live monitoring, and post-event assets
- Coordinate pre-event timelines, vendor management, and site-visit documentation; compile photos/notes for summaries and future planning
- Serve as primary contact for speakers and stakeholders: comms, registration, scheduling, on-site logistics, and promotional materials
- Track budgets, process invoices, and reconcile expenses
- Enforce brand standards and accessibility requirements across all materials
- Build participant-facing deliverables (tailored agendas, breakout recs) using advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Drive engagement: breakouts, networking, and interactive tools
- Integrate AI (Copilot, Loop, Viva) to streamline planning, content, and analytics; evaluate emerging tech to improve operations
What You Need
- 4+ years in events strategy/production, learning delivery, or program support
- Expert with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Proven experience running virtual and in-person events and managing stakeholders
- Strong organization, analysis, and presentation skills; steady under pressure
- Curious and proactive about AI tools and automation
- Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Able to travel; living near a major airport is a plus
Benefits
