Job Requirements:
This role will require a high level of multi-tasking ability, its a fast paced role. Our Licensed Appointment RTA’s will be responsible for managing the appointments for our Alight (AON) Licensed Benefit Advisors. They will need to be able to communicate with our Licensed BA’s quickly through our chat program regarding their appointments, move appointments to other Licensed BA’s that are certified for the state in which the appointment is for if a BA is unable to make an appointment. This role will require assisting BA’s in closing out appointments, reopening appointments, and providing assistance to BA’s in maintaining all Licensed appointments.
Qualifications:
Must be tech savvy: understand the basics on computers (browsers, email, how to use chat programs such as MS Teams)
Must be able to multi-task at a high level and be comfortable in a very fast paced environment
Must be reliable and flexible with scheduling: M-F will be the most common schedule, however, Saturdays will be required on a rotation basis or some may see Tue-Sat schedules, Sunday will be an off day. If they are unable to commit to Saturdays in some capacity, they will not be offered the role
Excel Skills would be a benefit but is not required
Previous RTA experience would be a benefit but is not required
